Can I dial 911 with PhoneFusion One?
Yes, you can; however, there are important differences between PhoneFusion One 911 Emergency Dialing and traditional 911 service from a standard phone. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with them. See our 911 Emergency Dialing page for details.
Yes, you can place calls to these toll-free numbers.
Yes, you can place calls using a calling card on your PhoneFusion One phone. But please bear in mind the dial "9" feature of PhoneFusion One is a MUCH cheaper option!
Yes, you can block international calls - it is turned on by default. With International Call Block, you can block outgoing calls to international phone numbers. It does not block incoming international calls. Please contact Customer Service to have international calls enabled.
Yes. When you dial 411 with PhoneFusion One, you will reach Directory Assistance which provides you with listing information from the White Pages and Yellow Pages. PhoneFusion One Directory Assistance does not provide information on unlisted phone numbers.
No, PhoneFusion One numbers are not listed in the telephone directory and are not available through directory assistance.

No, TDD capability is not supported.
No, this service does not support home alarm or security systems.
Yes, as long as your broadband Internet connection supports at least 90 Kbps uplink, you should be able to make and receive calls and browse the Web at the same time.
The PhoneFusion One Terms of Service sets specific uses which are not permitted and which are inconsistent with normal residential, home office or business usage patterns. If PhoneFusion One determines that your service is being used for any of those specified activities, PhoneFusion One reserves the right to terminate or modify the service.
