How do I make international calls?
You can direct dial international numbers by dialing 011, the country code, then the phone number. International operator assistance is not supported. You must contact Customer Service the first time you want to dial internationally so that your account can be enabled.

Yes. You can dial an international number the same way you dial any other number. The international call will be billed at PhoneFusion Ones international calling rates.
Yes. If you enter an international number in your Find Me/Follow Me settings, be sure to enter "011",followed by the country code and the number within that country.
Yes. If you enter an international number in your Speed Dial settings, be sure to enter "011",followed by the country code and the number within that country.
Detailed Call Reports track inbound and outbound international calls.
You receive the voicemail as you normally would, and for calls identified by Caller ID the callers name and number will show up in the “from” field.
Yes you can - if the caller ID has been transmitted to us correctly.
While international calls do not show up as a group on your Detailed Call Report page, you can view a record of international calls made from your PhoneFusion One phone by viewing your online bill.
Yes, you can. With International Call Block you can block outgoing calls to international phone numbers (it does not block calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam). It also does not block incoming international calls.
