How do I disconnect my PhoneFusion One service?

If you want to cancel your PhoneFusion One service completely, and do not want to keep the phone number you were using with PhoneFusion One to use with another provider, we encourage you to connect your new phone service first to avoid a loss of service, then simply call Customer Service center at 1-888-208-7801.

What do I do if I want to switch service to my local phone company and want to keep the phone number I was using with PhoneFusion One ?

If you are switching service to another local phone company and want to keep the number you were using with PhoneFusion One , you must contact the other local phone company, and they will set up the transfer. This will also automatically disconnect your PhoneFusion One service. Do not cancel your service through PhoneFusion One Customer Service directly; if you do so, it will make it impossible for your number to be transferred.

If I cancel my PhoneFusion One service, will I be subject to termination fees?

We will never charge you to disconnect your PhoneFusion One service.
