FAQ - Providing Your Address to PhoneFusion One

Can I sign up for VoIP phone service at one address and then use the service at another address if I move?
Do I need to provide an email address to get service?
Can I have my service billed to another address, or have my adapter shipped to another address?

Can I sign up for VoIP phone service at one address and then use the service at another address if I move?

You can take your PhoneFusion One VoIP phone service anywhere you want. As long as you have a high-speed cable modem or DSL Internet connection available with the minimum 90 Kbps speed (upload and download), you should be able to connect the adapter and begin using it exactly as you did at your former address. Everything about your service, including your telephone number, login, and password will remain the same.

Do I need to provide an email address to get service?

Yes. You must provide a valid email address which we will use to provide order confirmation and to establish your online billing account. PhoneFusion One also has many features that can be used via email, including notification for missed calls and voicemail.

Can I have my service billed to another address, or have my adapter shipped to another address?

Yes, you can have a separate Shipping Address for your account; however, you still need to provide your home Service Address.
